Summary

On November 5, 1957, at Williams Bay Air Force Station in Wisconsin, military personnel observed a small, round, red object that flashed red and white light. The object was stationary and then moved upward. The sighting occurred at 11:00 p.m. and lasted until 12:30 a.m. The observation was made by military witnesses including Walter L.
