10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING
One round reddish-white object, the size of a dime at arm's length. Object was initially sighted at 15 degrees elevation. Object moved vertically 100 to 200 feet every six minutes. No additional length of time given in initial rpt. Form 164 sent. ATIC Dorn [illegible] returned and believed case evaluated as planet Mars. (as indicated by rating of float, size, sun color, movement horizontally, and two substantiate this conclusion.
