Summary
MKUltra Subproject 127 was a research project approved in 1960 to study the voting records of registered voters over a fifty-year period. The surviving paperwork shows financial records and administrative memos from October 1960 through March 1962. The project cost $7,490.00. A memo from October 6, 1960 states the study aimed to examine factors affecting voting behavior and would contribute data on fundamental behavioral characteristics of people.
