Summary

On October 19, 1956, at Point Arguello, California, a civilian witness observed one small round object with red, white, and green coloring. The object was initially sighted at 45 degrees azimuth and moved moving rapidly. It moved out of sight at 45 degrees azimuth after being observed through binoculars for five minutes.
