On December 2, 1956, near Hugo, Colorado, a civilian observer reported seeing three white to yellowish lights. The objects appeared as one object that graduated in size from pea to baseball. Three white to yellowish lights (appeared as one obj) graduated in size in size of pea to size of baseball in arm's length. Objs were seen skimming along surface. Objs moved in E to W fading out as follows: first top light, then middle light, then bottom light after having been observed visually for five minutes. Flashing lights present.

Report received by telephone from Colorado Springs GOC Filter Center. Rpt indicated possible a/c sighting. Duration of flashing lights consistent with this analysis.
