Summary

On October 25, 1961, a witness in Greenwich, Connecticut, reported an object at about 9:05 p.m. local time. The witness was a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel, judged reliable. The object was oblong and white, with a row of red lights across the front and a row of green lights across the back. One object was seen.
