MKUltra Subproject 93

MKUltra Subproject 93 was a research project approved in 1959 and extended through subsequent memos. The surviving paperwork shows funding of $15,250.00 initially approved, with additional authorizations of $14,500.00 and $14,620.00 mentioned in later memos. The research was conducted at an unidentified institution and directed toward an investigation described as concerned with materials related to behavioral and related toxins. A continuing investigation was noted as currently underway, with each area of work relatively short term and productive in meeting anticipated requirements.
