Summary

On July 14, 1955, at a place noted as Toulab, a military C-47 aircraft crew reported one object during daytime. The sighting lasted about twelve minutes.

The object was a round light, at first reddish-orange and then changing to a brilliant white. There was no sound or trail. When first seen the object was rising. It continued up, made an arc to the left, and descended to about the aircraft's altitude. It then stopped and hung in midair near the observers' aircraft. The object next moved side to side, like a clock pendulum, swinging farther right than left and crossing the aircraft's flight path. It slowly gained altitude and faded from view after about ten minutes.

The card references a related intelligence report on file. No conclusion box is clearly marked in the OCR.
