Summary

On July 23, 1955, near Kirkland, Washington, civilian and military observers reported a single round object brighter than a star with no sound. The object moved up and down and sideways during a 30-minute observation. The object was initially sighted at 450 feet elevation at zero degrees azimuth and remained stationary according to positional data.
