Insufficient Data

Summary

On November 7, 1956, a civilian saw one object over Canton, Ohio. The object was watched for about fifteen minutes.

The witness described one red-orange, pencil shaped object about eight inches in length. It stayed still in the sky. It then disappeared when the clouds changed direction.

Because the first report had little detail, the Air Force sent a follow up form to the witness. The case was carried as insufficient data. Project 10073 was the Air Force's official record system for reports of unidentified flying objects.
