Summary

MKUltra Subproject 132 was a CIA project funded from 1961 to 1963 with an initial authorization of 10,000.00 dollars on 20 July 1963. The project was initiated on 12 January 1961 and expired on 11 January 1968. According to surviving financial records, the project provided for facility and personnel needed to develop covert and operational testing of materials and procedures of TSD interest requiring complete non-attributability of sponsor.
