MKUltra Subproject 132

MKUltra Subproject 132 was a CIA project funded from 1961 to 1963 with an initial authorization of 10,000.00 dollars on 20 July 1963. The project was initiated on 12 January 1961 and expired on 11 January 1968. According to surviving financial records, the project provided for facility and personnel needed to develop covert and operational testing of materials and procedures of TSD interest requiring complete non-attributability of sponsor. Status reports indicate the facility and principal personnel were put into operational position, with operational testing programs related to the project being developed. The surviving paperwork shows invoice check lists, allotment records, and expense documentation for the period 1961 through 1964, with obligations and expenditures tracked across multiple entries.
