Summary

On January 18, 1957, a civilian in Washington, D.C. reported observing one round bluish-green object about half a dollar in size. The object appeared as a star except for its color. It was first seen at 45 degrees elevation and last seen at 50 degrees elevation. The object was visible for two hours and fifteen minutes.
