Summary

On July 7, 1947, a civilian in Oakdale, California reported observing an unidentified object at 1:50 p.m. The silver-colored object was about the size of an aircraft at a distance. It moved at very high speed on a course of 130 degrees and was watched for 10 to 15 seconds. A group of 12 witnesses observed the object through visual ground observation. The object exhibited bobbing and weaving maneuvers. It was noticed while witnesses were watching aircraft. The Air Force evaluation was unidentified.
