Summary

On October 1, 1954, at Nouasseur, French Morocco, a military observer reported a single unidentified object. The witness watched for 30 seconds as a round, silver object the size of a pin head traveled in a straight path from 640 degrees elevation at 2430 feet to 40 degrees elevation at 300 feet. The object made no sound. The observer noted it resembled a weather balloon. The object moved eastward and was observed from the ground using a theodolite. No photographs or physical evidence were collected. The Air Force concluded the sighting was unidentified.
