10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING
One small orange star-shaped object which resembled a kite with a light object was sighted 500 feet altitude in the area. Object was stationary and was still in sight after being viewed visually for 10 minutes.

11. COMMENTS
Description of sighting indicates that sighting was possibly caused by a balloon.
