Summary
MKUltra Subproject 87 funded research from 1959 to at least 1966. A memorandum dated October 7, 1959, recorded a grant schedule for a redacted researcher covering September 1959 to August 1960. The total grant amount was $3,700.00, paid in three installments: $1,850.00 on September 16, 1959, with $925.00 due each on March 1, 1960, and June 1, 1960. Financial records show various expenditures throughout the accounting period, including employee salaries, supplies, and services. An accounting certification dated August 31, 1956, confirmed receipt of expenses totaling $758.68 for the period August 31, 1954, to June 30, 1956, retained in the TSD/B&F office.
