Summary

On June 28, 1957, at South Fork Meadow, California, a civilian witness reported seeing large white lights twice the size of stars flying in formation. Between 9:45 p.m. and 10:15 p.m., four to six objects appeared above surrounding mountains and traveled quite fast toward the southwest before fading from view. The objects were described as nearly perfect squares. The Air Force evaluation was listed as unknown, with a comment noting the objects were probably aircraft in formation.
