10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING
Witness observed a bright orange light in the sky (direction not given), followed by noise of an explosion. A white object was reported to have fallen to the ground after the explosion.

11. COMMENTS
Witness did not provide much information but that which he did provide indicates that this object was probably a balloon.
