One circular clear bright light, the  Object was definitely established
size of small orange. Object was      to have been a balloon released
seen in the ESE at 45 dgr elevation from Grand Junction at 0300Z
and climbing. Object was still in
sight after having been seen visually
and through a three power K-3 telescope
for eight minutes.
