This file documents MKUltra Subproject 103, approved in 1953 and funded through 1960. The surviving records show financial and administrative paperwork for a research project costing $1,900.00. The subproject was overseen by the Finance Division and involved work carried out under a memorandum dated April 13, 1953, from the Director of Central Intelligence to the Deputy Director for Administration. Invoices and expense reports from early 1960 indicate payment processing and project completion procedures.
