Summary

On November 6, 1957, near Rydal, Georgia, a civilian witness observed an unidentified object for approximately 15 minutes. The witness reported a bright light similar to a star that moved across the sky from east to north. The object displayed characteristics resembling aircraft, including flashing lights and the ability to maneuver. The witness locked onto the object at various angles. A second aircraft was heard approaching from the north about one minute after the object disappeared. The Air Force concluded the sighting unidentified.
