Summary

On a date in 1952, an observer at Dobbins Air Force Base, Georgia, reported a spheroid shaped object in the sky. The report came through an Office of Special Investigations agent.

The record card gives little detail beyond the shape. The Air Force conclusion lists the object as a balloon. The brief summary says it was evidently an Air Defense Command training balloon, and notes the object was recovered.
