Summary

On November 5, 1956, a civilian saw one object over Columbus, Ohio. The object was watched for one minute.

The witness described one round, brilliant white object the size of a dime at arm's length. It was noted very high in the sky and was heading northwest.

The Air Force record card lists the cause as an aircraft. The reporting officer and the reviewing office agreed the sighting was caused by an aircraft. Project 10073 was the Air Force's official record system for reports of unidentified flying objects.
