Summary
On August 15, 1952, an unidentified flying object was sighted near Cedar Hill, Texas, located five to five and a half miles south of the station. A military officer from Cedar Hill reported the sighting to Dallas Air Force Base, which notified the Air Force. The object was sighted west of Dallas at approximately five angels (25,000 feet). No other information was known at the time of the report. An investigation was being conducted to acquire further details. The Air Force evaluation classified the sighting as unidentified.
