Summary

On November 5, 1962, an observer at Westover Air Force Base, Massachusetts, reported a cigar-shaped object in the sky. The sighting was made by ground visual observation and was logged at 0435Z (Greenwich time). The object was dark orange and appeared to vibrate, with a darker aura in the center and yellow-orange edges. It then disappeared instantly.
