Summary

On July 23, 1957, at 12:30 p.m. in Thompson, Iowa, a student witnessed three oblong and flat silver objects moving in a straight line across the sky. The sighting lasted 13-20 seconds. The Air Force evaluated the report as "Insufficient Data for Evaluation" and marked it "Unknown."
