Summary

On October 7, 1954, at 8:05 p.m. in Oahu, Hawaii, a civilian reported two bright star-like objects. One object joined the other to fly off to the northwest. The rear object was in formation and had blinking lights. No sound was heard. The observation was made from the ground. Radio messages later confirmed a local aircraft operation in the area and during the time of the sighting. The Air Force concluded the sighting was aircraft.
