Summary

On August 13, 1958, at 2335 GMT (7:35 p.m.), three military observers sighted a celestial object directly overhead north of the Azores. The object was white and pulsated every eight seconds while traveling at great speed in a southeast to south direction. The altitude was undetermined but estimated at great height. The object was observed traveling midway between the Square of Pegasus and Altair. The observers were located at position 45.22N 31.0W. The Air Force evaluation listed insufficient data for evaluation.
