Summary

On March 10, 1956, at 10:09 a.m., a 14-year-old civilian student in Miami, Florida, reported seeing one round, small object. The object appeared as a small glow, white in color, about the size of a ping pong ball held at arm's length. It moved straight north for twenty seconds before disappearing by fading. The object did not appear on radar. The reporting officer and the investigating Air Force officer both concluded the sighting was in all probability generated by a meteor.
