On March 20, 1956, a pilot reported one light about 19 miles northeast of Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. The report was filed under Project 10073, the Air Force's official record for unidentified flying object reports.

The witness saw one white fluorescent-like light. Its shape could not be made out. It looked about the size of a pea held at arm's length.
