Summary

On November 4, 1954, near Labrador at coordinates 62 degrees 3 minutes North and 56 degrees 45 minutes West, military personnel observed one object during an air visual sighting. The object was described as a blue streak of light that emitted two small explosions. It flew level with no sound and then disappeared in a large explosion of blue light. The length of observation was not reported. The Air Force concluded the sighting was a meteor.
