Summary

On August 1, 1958, a civilian and three or four others sighted three or four flying saucers over Concord, California. The sighting time was not reported. A report was called to Hamilton Flight Service Center by Travis TCC. An Air Force message was sent to addressees at 10:00 a.m. on August 1, and the report was delivered to ATIC on August 15, seven days after the sighting, as an Operation Lumbulate TWX. The Air Force evaluation was unidentified due to insufficient data.
