Summary

On March 21, 1956, in Ventura, California, two round objects described as rod and white, about the size of peas held at arm's length, were reported by civilian and military witnesses. The first observer watched for ten minutes. The second observer saw two objects for one hour and thirty minutes. One object moved very slowly while the other moved very fast, both traveling west. No radar contact was made. The Air Force noted inconsistencies in the sighting. The fact that one object moved very slowly and the other very fast during the same periods seemed illogical for a single phenomenon. The evaluation was unidentified.
