10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING
On a Friday in November or December a cloud or smoke trail extending from the horizon to a point overhead where it turned slightly East; sound accompanied the trail but no object was visible. Sky motionless and passed over a cloud. Sky was 1/8-1/4 overcast. Thought the smoke was generated by a rocket or a body reentering the atmosphere, but turn could not be understood.

Since object turned and there was accompanying sound the control was in all probability generated by a v/c
