Summary

On August 22, 1957, around 2320 (11:20 p.m.) local time at the Pueblo Airport in Pueblo, Colorado, a control tower operator saw two round white objects through binoculars. Each was about the size of a fingertip. One object was below the other. One moved east and was in sight for 5 to 10 seconds. The other moved north and was in sight for 7 minutes. The objects faded into haze or clouds. The witness said the object going north moved at about the speed of an airliner. The sky was cloudy with light surface wind. The Air Force record card for Project 10073, its official record for unidentified flying object reports, lists the conclusion as probably aircraft.
