Summary

On February 25, 1954, two round objects were reported over Long Island, Kentucky. The sighting was made by air visual observation and lasted about 40 to 60 seconds. A second witness also reported the objects at 1625 Zulu time.

The witnesses described two objects, each round and about 3 feet across, colored bright yellow, at about 4,000 feet. Aircraft were in the area at the time of the sighting.

The report was filed under Project 10073, the Air Force's official record for unidentified flying object reports. The Air Force marked the case as having insufficient data for evaluation.
