Summary

On November 25, 1957, a witness in Las Vegas, Nevada saw one round object. It was about the size of a half dollar at arm's length and yellowish orange in color. The object went down behind the mountains. It was in sight for only about two to seven seconds. This was a civilian, ground visual report.

The report was filed on Project 10073, the Air Force's official record for unidentified flying object reports. The Air Force concluded the object was a meteor.
