Summary

On July 16, 1956, at Los Angeles International Airport in California, a civilian witness observed one roundish object. The object was initially red in color and was first thought to be a blimp. It became a ball of flame and disappeared. The witness saw it through binoculars before it became a ball of flame. The sighting lasted several minutes. The Air Force evaluation was that there was insufficient data for evaluation.
