Insufficient Data

Summary

In April 1962, observers north of the Hawaiian Islands reported a satellite-like trail very high in the sky, moving from east to west. The Air Force noted that a missile had been observed in the area about an hour earlier, with a trail that persisted for over half an hour. It said it was possible this trail was also still visible. The reported duration of about 4 minutes seemed to conflict with that idea. The record card stated the case did not contain enough information for a firm conclusion and listed it as insufficient data.
