Summary

On October 23, 1954, at 3:52 p.m., an airline pilot flying near Tulsa, Oklahoma reported seeing one object about the size of a small fighter with wings shaped like a half-moon. The object made no sound and had no smoke or vapor. The pilot had only a brief look while his aircraft was in a turn. The object appeared motionless or moving very slowly. No photos or physical evidence were collected. The Air Force concluded there was insufficient data for evaluation.
