Summary

On January 16, 1957, northwest of Fort Worth, Texas, two USAF pilots observed round objects alternating bright and dim in light, appearing to give off sparks. The objects maneuvered erratically at very high speed and faded out in the distance after flight appearing to be along side of the observing craft. Both aircraft were in the vicinity northwest of Fort Worth during the incident. A B-25 was dispatched to search with negative results after 4 hours. The observation lasted approximately 17 hours 02 minutes to 20 hours 00 local time (5:02 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). Duration was not reported. The Air Force evaluation was unidentified.
