Star shaped object, size cf pinhead, very ficho ruled out, Object movemenb tends
bright with erratic slow movement. Did not to indicate balloon sighting, however
twinkle like a star, Occasional movement in the winds revorted were from the West
3 xlizht streak, Appeared to be a great height at lower altitude, The wind at 60,000
and hezdinz toward the Southern horizon. was from 030, but at a speed of only 5
Imots. This would not move a balloon
