Summary

On October 1, 1954, at 1:30 p.m. in Kew Gardens, New York, a civilian observer reported seeing one circular, blue object through a telescope and compass. The object stood still for half an hour, then disappeared to the north. The witness used a telescope and compass for observation. The sighting lasted one hour total. No photographs or physical evidence were collected.
