Summary

On July 14, 1955, at Glennavon, California, a civilian, a 15-year-old student, reported objects on the same day in several sightings. Each was seen from the ground and lasted a few minutes.

In one sighting the object was round and red and white, about the size of a dime held at arm's length, and appeared to travel west. The same observer said it moved faster than a jet aircraft. In another the object was round and red and appeared to travel east and then west.

The Air Force card lists the conclusion as probably aircraft for these sightings. The comments say the observer possibly saw the exhaust of jet aircraft, and that there was no known balloon activity in the area at the time.
