Summary
On April 29, 1961, civilian witnesses saw an object near Edgerton, Wisconsin. The sighting lasted about 5 minutes, around 7 p.m. (GMT). The object was described as low and about the size of a half dollar, with a bright blue white color, moving slowly toward the descending position in the southwest.
The first observer stated the object appeared during the time the witnesses were observing a star. The Air Force noted the witnesses were watching a star at the time.
In view of the conflicting and limited information, the Air Force found there was not enough evidence to support a firm conclusion. The case was listed as insufficient data.
