Summary

On November 5, 1957, a civilian in Delevan, Wisconsin observed a round, bright red object spinning and blinking on and off. The object flew from west to east and was visible for five minutes. It was small in size and appeared to be at a considerable distance. The course indicated the object traveled west to east with some south and up movement. Weather conditions were cloudy with calm surface winds. No air traffic was known in the area. No physical evidence was recovered. The Air Force evaluation was unknown.
