Summary

On July 19, 1954, a witness in Dallas, Texas, reported a round object in the sky. The witness, described as a rated Air Force observer, saw the object on the ground at about 8:55 p.m. The object was a dull rose color and moved at high speed. It appeared to make a 360 degree orbit.
