Summary

On July 7, 1955, at Baltimore, Maryland, a civilian reported one object for about four minutes. Physical evidence was collected in this case.

The object was spherical and silver, about four feet across, shrinking to about three feet. It seemed to be blown by a light wind toward the witness and landed about 100 feet from him, against a fence, where it began to evaporate or dissolve without leaving a trace. The object looked like a mass of tiny bubbles, each about the size of a pencil eraser.

The Air Force comments say the object looks like a soap bubble. The preparing officer concluded the sighting was generated by soap bubbles. The report notes it was very similar to a Baltimore sighting on February 28, 1954, and that the headquarters had physical evidence.
