The Air Force received a report from Syracuse, New York in February 1953 describing what witnesses said they observed in the sky. According to the case file's cover sheet, the report was too sketchy and contained conflicting details to be useful for investigation. The file notes it was "a confused report of three sightings."

The OCR quality of the remaining pages is too degraded to reliably extract specific details about what the witnesses saw, when they saw it, how long the sighting lasted, or what the Air Force concluded about the observations. While witness questionnaires and summary forms are present in the file, the scanned text is largely illegible due to handwriting, poor image quality, and scanning artifacts that prevent accurate transcription of the key facts.
