Summary

On April 27, 1952, over Royal Oak, Michigan, a civilian man reported an unconventional object. The sighting happened at 1100 hours (11:00 a.m.).

The witness saw one small white object high in the sky that looked like a paper plate. As he watched, it turned sideways. It seemed to be stationary. He went into his house to get binoculars, and when he came back out, the object was gone.

He called a neighbor as a witness, but the neighbor could not see it. The man was the only person who saw the object. The record card notes a lack of data and no firm conclusion was reached.
